Indigenous heritage on my mothers side:
Nahua - Otami
Zapotec
Mixteca
Tarahumara/ Raramuri
Amazon
Andes: The Quechua and Aymara Indians
I'm also mixed with Spanish on my mothers side and trying to heal from colinazation within my family.
On my father side we are of First Nations: Algonquin: Mi'kma, Cree, Montagnais, Ojibway. Iroquois, Ottawa.
I'm also mixed with Scandinavian, my great grandmother on my father's side was the first to come to the America's in Minnesota. A decendant of the Indigenous Sámi peoples.
I'm not enrolled as that is a Native American aspect, my people have been crossed by the borders, the lands we now call Mexico and Canada . I'm not federally recognized and want my culture back! I'm still searching for my family & tribes and would love to learn more Indigenous language and songs. I welcome others to share any info with me♡
