This approach honors the need for sustainable energy within our organization while deepening our resource shares and support. By inviting those with more financial means to contribute according to their ability, we create a community of mutual support and solidarity. This model allows us to prioritize accessibility for historically marginalized groups while ensuring the sustainability of our work.
